Successful candidates will be highly focused sales and service oriented individuals, responsible for securing new sustainable business through the creation and implementation of sales strategies, and hands-on outside sales.

To achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals by negotiating business and coordinating the execution of that business with other departments.

Current Openings:       

Parts Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for growing the parts business and overseeing the operations of the Parts Department, including financial performance, staffing, inventory procurement and control, systems, marketing, customer service, and supplier relationships. Responsible for maintaining integrity of inventory records and for maintaining a continuous supply of goods necessary to support needs of both internal and external customers at the most effective cost, consistent with Company policy and customer requirements.

Field Technicians

Due to continued and unprecedented growth, Wilson Equipment Limited, a locally owned and operated heavy equipment dealer serving the Atlantic Provinces for over 50 years, is currently accepting applications for Field Technicians. 

Reporting to the Shop Foreman, the successful candidates will be journeymen mechanics with a minimum of 5 years experience working with heavy equipment in the construction, mining and forestry industries.

The successful candidates will join an established team of professional mechanics and, as such will be an integral part of our continued success.  Additional attributes will include:

• Proficiency with computers
• Appreciation for delivering superior customer service
• Ability and willingness to work overtime
• Ability to cope with daily and overnight travel, as required
• Ambitious, motivated and capable of taking initiative
• Previous field experience and Komatsu service training would be assets
